Mark was very easy to work with, caring & respectful of my budget. The work was completed to a high standard and i received great communication throughout the project. For so long I couldn't understand why my property was showing signs of mould, after just one visit Mark identified the issues and how we could fix this successfully providing adequate ventilation and a full mould treatment program I am very relieved that my tenants are now comfortable & safe in their home.

Mark & the team completed a full mould investigation & remedials at a property in the apartment block I manage, I found Mark worked out the most cost-effective approach without compromising on the results and now the property is up to the standards required again. Mark is professional and knowledgeable but was caring in his approach which helped when liaising with the Landlord and definitely helped put their mind at ease. I also really appreciated the feedback he gave me on how to keep the property mould free following the works done; I particularly like the booklet provided which i gave to the tenants.

I am over the moon with my property refurbishment, my budget was met and the standards are excellent ,Mark was really attentive towards my concerns as i didn't want the work to go over my budget but I knew I had a number of repairs/upgrades to complete.
